A single 60-minute workout. A workout consists of a personalized high-intensity strength training routine, along with high-intensity interval training (HIIT/Tabata).
If you come in for a second workout in the same week, that workout is half off! With this discount, you can get two one-hour sessions, in a single week, for a total of $60. Similarly, if you come in three times in one week, it would be a total of $80.
Your first session is completely free and also includes time to discuss what your fitness goals are, discuss any current or past injuries, your medical history, and also nutrition.
I don’t charge any sort of initiation fees and there is no contract to sign. The way that I handle sessions is on a pay-as-you-go basis. When you complete a session, you pay when it’s over. It’s that simple! If you would like other arrangements, like paying for a month in advance or gifting someone sessions, I’ll be happy to accommodate you. I accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.
